Already the promo image isn't really like the visuals from the rest of the Joanne era. I think Gaga's reaching a point in her career where her albums don't have as much cultural impact, but she's been in the game long enough that her tours are much more popular (Kinda like Madonna). But that's Calvin Harris' song, she was just a featured artist. I think The Cure is just a standalone single for streaming purposes and just a "break" from Million Reasons and the Joanne album but the "era" is still going on because the Tour hasn't even started yet. I don't know if she's going to release another single and I wouldn't mind if she doesn't, she's been busy filming and has done a LOT of stuff this year so lets just wait and see what she decides.
