Never said it was his voice. A lot of artists who have songs written for them are sent demo versions with the writer's/a studio singer's vocals on it, sometimes doing an impression of the intended (see Britney Spears). 

Also, it has yet to be proven one way or the other, so feel free to believe whatever you want. I'm just going by what I remember from the olden days, though frankly I'm still mixed on it. Possibly interesting side-note: Luc Carl, her ex-bf and inspiration for a lot of her songs at the time, has green eyes.

Yeah you might not want to preach it as fact. If that was the right way to go about it, I'd be giving out my theory left right and centre.

My theory is that gaga was a ghostwriter on "when I grow up" by PCD. She ghostwrote for them, we know that, and when I grow up is like an outtake from The Fame.

Which is 100% unproven but more realistic than gaga pilfering a lou reed bowie song.

There's no mystery. The only mystery is why someone would decide to make up gsrbage based off a youtube video.
