I think the BA MV is gonna have a cute impact on the charts but not in the main markets :poot: She looks GORGEOUS and the video was fairly decent until they cut her hair, it went downhill really quickly from there :emma:

If Shakira and Gaga end up with less YT views than Malibú and BA I'm gonna be pissed

Gaga better serve a high quality video :grr:

TC is holding on way better than I thought on iTunes :laughga: #Slé

I was just going to say this! It's not falling as hard as I thought. It may stabilize sooner than we think. :staymad:

Gaga said "buy my new single on Itunes The cure" when the show ended, seems like it was indeed not intended to be a single at all

Also they spended more money on spotify for this cute random song she did then any song from joanne, I think they wanted to spend on a music video to :reductive:

It's still a stand alone song thrown out during a music festival. They were taking a chance...which was actually quite a long shot. When it did so well..even in other countries, they threw some money behind it.

They probably would like to do a video now, but to do one before they knew that this stand alone song was going to take off in this way would have been a very costly long shot that record labels just don't take.

Gaga is now contractually obligated to a set schedule for the motion picture. When that is done, you will get a video, if it makes sense. If not, there will be other songs and other videos.

Malibu is starting to fall. Do you guys think it is gonna end up being a hit?

If radio supports it yes

Katy's whole era is a complete ****ing mess. Releasing an album in a week with no hit single and no buzz, two US flops in a row (and BA being a WW flop at this point), no radio airplay, no one buying her music, forced streams, and now a tour that starts in two months based on all of that?

You wanna say her team is on point, but her team has singlehandedly served a disaster of an era. Yeah they can make a video and make sure everything is up when it needs to be, but it doesn't seem like they have a clue what they're doing this era.

Wait...what? They are releasing the album in a week?

How can they realistically plan a tour before they know how well anything is received?

I don't get this strategy at all!
