she collaborated with some rappers, and now she grew out of it, that's fine

that doesn't mean she "used" black people lol

She did tho. She used "ratchet" black women as props during her concerts/music videos. That was kind of disgusting.  

But, as I said, I love her and I love her music, but she's dumb sometimes. You used hip-hop culture for money, then turn around dissing it when trying to rebrand yourself. Just don't do that, please. It's easy.

She jumped on the bandwagon of what was considered "cool" (appropriating African-American music, fashion, and culture) and butchered it all on her own, she definitely wasn't forced into experimenting with any of that. That whole comment had me going:

That being said, Bangerz had one or two cute songs. Here for her new music as well, hopefully it will be more authentic for her. I enjoyed Dead Petz so much though, and would've liked something more along those lines. Out of all those ex-Disney girls, though, Miley is the only one that generates a bit of interest for me, tbh.

She probably knows that she'd be dragged if she tries to recreate the Bangerz era. After Iggy and the Adele Grammy win,  people are a lot more socially conscious. The public is no longer here for white girls profiting off aspects of African-American culture.
