At 24 seconds sounds like the synth was filtered from the vocals in the rock band layer. The synth in the chorus is easily sampled from the bridge. The volume of the synth in the first half of the chorus is also not an exact match, it's definitely louder in this mix - which leads me to believe it is a remade synth.
