lost in limbo

So I discovered that they find the person on online suicide groups, and once you say you wanna play, they say they have all your information and that you can't leave the game.

If they really have the information or not, that's other thing.

It's really disturbing.

this is the state of grace, this is the worthwhile fight

Wasn't this challenge like urban legend? I didn't see any links to this stuff or screenshots proving this and it's internet c'mon. On the other hand it's great topic for gossip sites to spread more rumors and fear making more traffic which disgust me...

It's a hoax.

The comment section even called it out.

But obviously this is not something someone with suicidal thoughts should find. It's a pretty gross 'joke'.

Life ain't Hollywood for any one of us.

That's ****ing tragic wow. I'm teaching my kids about sex, common sense, and avoiding **** like this at age 8. Why? Because I won't let the internet pervertedly teach them how to use it first,?at basically around the same age.

On a similar note: Not to blame anyon, but we truly need to equip kids with their own common sense on how to live, and don't sugar coat it, bc it won't help them. Parents controlling their kids, and the media they consume via outrage, is so tacky.

Exactly, any children that would fall for something like this is just as capable of falling into other things, like sex/child p o r n stuff, murder or stealing, we live in a dangerous world, we need to get our children ready for it.

Although it should be interesting to consider how much does Russian Culture has to do with this? With all the censorship and brainwashing that covers its society, for kids something like this might sound more enticing and "out of this world"...

I have a hard time believing this story is genuine. Russia has a high suicide rate - this story looks more like an attempt to pin that fact on something rather that actually address mental health issues that are plaguing so many of their youths.

I grew up in Lithuania but my parents are Russian and I attended a Russian school. I know very well how hard their culture tries to promote traditional gender roles and demonises any deviation from the 'norm' - I've been on the receiving end of that, so, at least for me it's pretty easy to see why so many young people grow up suffering from depression and consider committing suicide.

It's a joke! When you give me that look, it's a joke!
