If it can still rise on its own, it's better not to discount and use the money to Hot Track or pay for banners instead

The whole people being against discounts thing is just bizarre. It's not like the discounts are only put in play for struggling songs either - Symphony, one of the biggest hits this year, was discounted so

1- discounts cost a lot

2- ppl will bash her for doing this cause "she can't do it by her own"

3- we can't know how the song will do once the discount will be removed

4- the song will rise quickly but once they take it off it will free fall and ppl will meltdown (like it happenned with MR)
