ItWasntLaauv 6,392 Posted April 25, 2017 Share Posted April 25, 2017 OH MY GOD So as my title states, I saw CupcakKe live on Sunday during her Marilyn Monhoe Tour at the Observatory with my best friend and it was one of the best concerts I've ever been to!! There were three opening acts (I'm excluding the DJ at the beginning just because), there were these two drag queens that danced, vogued, death dropped, lip-synced, etc and everyone was going insane ! The energy in the crowd was so lively and excited and you just can't help yourself but dance and have a good time. After they were done, this band named K.I.D. took the stage, they're music is garage band-ish but also pretty catchy and poppy and they were funny when they would talk to the crowd in between songs. I actually downloaded their music onto my Spotify and I've been jamming to them pretty consistently since, I would recommend you listen . Then the main attraction was soon going to take the stage CupcakKe!!!!!!!!!!!!! She bumped through onto the stage in a super see through shirt, nipples and areolas showing, with her hype man and the crowd pushed forward to try to touch her. And she started and well... as you can imagine it got soooo freaky. In between one of the songs i reached toward the stage and in a sea of hands she saw mine, only mine and grabbed it and I basically had an out of body experience ! I'll provide a link to the slayage!! Please ignore the bad lighting and unflattering pose I was in haha. While we were hugging I told her about how much she meant to me and I thanked her supporting the LGBT community so openly, she's one of the sweetest girls ever, you can tell that she really cares for her fan base and doesn't fake it. When we were about to part ways, I made sure to tell her to get some rest and that I hope she feels better, she seemed really touched by that because I don't think anyone else said that before me. After that she complimented my look and I got all giddy and complimented her back. Then my friend proceeded to take a picture with her. We were freaking out, literally one of the best nights of my life and I wish I could do it all over again. So yeah, hope you guys enjoyed my little storytime, it was fun retelling it just now.
