I agree. I have an issue with the people who disagree with her and threaten her safety. The institution should have the freedom to host whomever it wants for an event. Those people are forcing the school to reconsider its safety measures, which de facto is limiting her freedom to speak at the event. You will never please everyone. It shouldn't be hard to ask Trump on SPECIFICS regarding healthcare and the tax code. It shouldn't be hard for any politician. That's their job. And we, normal everyday people, are use to politicians stonewalling around the issues. But going back the the OP, I think we should start questioning rather than protesting. Discussions are better. The fact is that anyone who agrees with this woman isn't looking to be educated and isn't looking for a debate. News flash, water is wet, bigots are idiots, even worse, they're ignorant BY CHOICE. You can't force someone to see how wrong they are, but you can limit where they spout their BS. And like @lego said, the conservatives have their own platforms to use. Use them. But if there's such large-scale outrage from the students over this, then the university should not let her speak. Life ain't Hollywood for any one of us.
