It can be beneficial at times But right now businesses have record levels of cash reserves. They are not investing more not due to lack of cash but due to lack of demand tax cuts on wealthy wont fix this. You need tax cuts on low income and middle class to raise consumption However i do not support taxes on rich being raised either. Leave them as is.
