Because to be honest, the song sound like most top 10 songs the last years and the sound that currently does best at streaming except rap. When I heard it live doesn't seem so commercial to me, only a cute song. When I heard the studio version it was clear the commercial/radio friendly attemp it is. I don't see her touring for it, sending it to radios or performing it hard everywhere. If she does there's not chance it will be well received elsewhere than the US.
