Because that's exactly what happend with PI. Well didn't PI debut like 7# there and never got moved up then got removed? I think that's a sign a lot of people skipped it and interscope had just paid for 1 week in the top 10 or something like that so spotify decided to remove it since it got bad rep. Sales don't matter as much anymore so top 10 on Itunes will just be a bonus if we get back there later in the single run.
