They noticed with MR their marketing campaign was not that succesful when it comes to charts and Itunes possitions may matter less then good streaming when radio decides to play a song or not, as shown with mr when she was 1# for days but still radio stations didn't play it. So i guess they are hoping for a streaming hit that will lead to a radio hit and both those factors will boost sales later. So now they are going the other way around how to make the song a hit which a fully support since streamings impacts the charts more then sales anyways.
