It's a list of songs that have a chance to become a hit and enter the official Top 40 in the Netherlands. It's like a extension of the Top 40. The Cure is #30 on the Tip Parade.Β Radio 538 (together with Q-Music, the biggest radio station in the Netherlands) airs this Top 40 and all the radio stations are influenced by this list. It had a banner on iTunes (which also referred to it as "new single"). It is being sent to radios WW. It even has a promo page for radio programmers. It's been pushed to basically all the major streaming playlists. It's been strategically discounted in the UK.Β But yet people still believe Billboard and think it's just a cute lil song for the fans?
