As a broke Greek b*tch I am I got the free version on my computer and on my phone. 20 minutes ago I decided to stream The Cure on my phone and random remixes came up. Then, immediately after The Cure was over, TEOG started and I was like "Oh no, I can't avoid it", because I've spent the last 6 years of my life hating it, without listening to it more than 5 times. AND THEN IT HAPPENED. I FELT IT COMING. You guys, I seriously wept. I'm not on my period today so I assume that I saw the light and it was too strong for my poor soul. This song is beautiful. Back in 2011 my 15-year-old brain couldn't handle all this perfection concentrated in a song. I strongly believe that it's one of her best songs ever, probably top 5. So if you are like me, an adult that has spent their teenage years listening to Gaga and hating her most "mature" songs, trust me, give them a try today. If you are a teenager who avoids these songs, maybe you are not ready for them yet. Enjoy her pure bops today but have in mind that in the future you will need some variety of song types/styles to conform with your life and fortunately Gaga offers a plenty of them.
