Cleveland Murder Spree: Suspect Now Dead

This now means that the suspect has left Cleveland, and the state of Ohio as a whole. Although, I would still advise to those in Ohio to remain cautious. 

I actually have family who live in that area, this is so terrifying

Cleveland police are now saying that residents of PA, NY, MI, and IN should be on alert. Looks like they have no idea where he is, more info in the spoiler:

The deceased victim from East 93rd Street has been identified as Robert Godwin Sr. age 74. 
Suspect did broadcast the killing on Facebook Live and has claimed to have committed multiple other homicides which are still NOT verified. 
Suspect in this case is a bm Steve Stephens 6’1 244 bald with a full beard. Wearing dark blue and grey or black striped polo shirt. Driving a white Ford Fusion with a temp tag. Armed and dangerous. If seen call 9-1-1. Do not approach.
At this time, there are still NO known additional victims. We ask that the public remain aware and report any suspicious activity to police immediately. Officers and agents continue to investigate leads as they come in.

I know these aren't the best sources, but there have been a massive amount of tweets from citizens in Erie County that talk of "cops everywhere".

Honestly, I'm not trying to be critical of the people that protect the public, but how have they not caught him yet?

Please hear me out. This guy LIVESTREAMED his murder spree. They should have been able to track where he was going either through visuals or mobile gps. The government can spy on our phone calls and browser history but not catch a murderer? I really don't understand and it's horrifying. Am I not getting something here? If I am, please tell me so I don't look stupid.

Crap, so now he's headed in my general direction.      I live way out in the country, so I should be fine, but this is still scary.  I hope he doesn't kill anyone else before the authorities catch him.
