.. nobody said that you're not allowed to speak your mind, or have opinions. I think the entire point of this thread, is to ask people to calm down a lil' - over the years, people (especially online) has become so, I don't know, loud and aggressive. I don't know if it is just this fanbase, but to me, it just really kills the moments of joy and of good music.

People mistake the right to 'have an opinion' with the right to spread negativity absolutely everywhere thinking everyone actually cares about it. Usually people think they're being funny with it as well which makes it even worse because it's almost always a flop.

If you don't like something, fair enough, but not every thread needs to be spammed with huge paragraphs about it because all it does is ruin it for other people. Imagine if these people whined as much in real life, Jesus Christ...

I love the song and I loved the whole night, the setlist was perfect, the interludes were great, it had that cool festival vibe... My favourite festival gig ever of her...

If you compare this to the iHeartradio Festival, BBC1 Weekend... this was waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy better.. (in my opinion)

The only moment she was a little "mehhh" for me was Just Dance, but she slaaaaayed

but please stop spreading the negativity, it's toxic for the fans, gaga and yourself..

2. A **** up? After this **** up? I can name a thousand other performances worse than this "bad" Gaga performance. What are you on about? It's not her best performance, but to call it a **** up? Honey no

Opinion? Sure. But the toxicity that engulfs this community (not signaling anyone in particular out) every time Gaga sneezes is too much sometimes.

This is a really cute love song (imo). And in yours, it isn't your style of music. That's great. But the number of people on here ragging on the song in as many threads as possible is just over the top and ruins the experience for others.

The whole #PromoteOnlineKindness thing from a few years ago got close to explaining it. But I think it comes short. It isn't really about being constructive or positive. Those are the means. The goal is enough self awareness to allow other people to enjoy the ride.

"I love Gaga but..." "...Gaga used to be better" "...Gaga is selling out" "...Gaga released this trash" etc... are going to illicit strong negative responses from people who like it.

She can't please everyone, we all have different tastes. But we all ought to go in with an open mind. Casually discuss our opinions on it and move on. Fanbase civil wars after every new thing is the surest way to break the community. It happened before ARTPOP. All the more negative people, myself included, went to a different site. And this site became excessively positive. There is a balance. But the current state is not this.

People seem to like to complain, especially if it's from behind a computer screen & not in person. I didn't like Joanne but never felt the need to bang on about it & ruin it for others, you just spend your time elsewhere.
