Serendipity 7,821
I personally think it is. It captures her struggles and dilemmas so beautifully. Everytime I hear it,I can't help but feel empowered. No other songs has an effect on me as profound as MTN. Haroon 49,685
YES It starts off so nice and level and then builds and explodes then goes down a bit then explodes again and then keeps you on edge and then implodes and sucks the universe in and lets it all out in a humongous crash of amazingness Literally one of the top songs in her whole discography for me. Whenever I wanna put my head up or put strength in my step or give myself a burst of energy it's definitely one of the best songs to turn to

Letmelivemylife 8,715
I've always secretly thought that the title was a tribute to Alexander McQueen because like gaga he saw beauty in the grotesque. By "marrying the night" she's marrying that dark part of herself (remember this is the woman who watches the tv show Snapped and has said "horror relaxes me") that makes her who she is if that makes sense. I so want to get a "New York is not just a tan that you never lose" tattoo. New York has my heart. It's made me into the tough feisty woman I am today. If you can make it in New York, you can make it anywhere. I love you monsters. I'd be unfixably broken without you
