Ugh, I see so many celebrities with it now a days - and to be honest, only a really few of them, actually looks good with it. Unfortunately, that ain't the case for Katy - or well, atleast that's my opinion. However, I really liked this haircut. It was pretty and fresh, and I really think that blonde color suits her!
