Didn't you already make a thread on this? Perhaps bumping it instead of making another would be easier. 

As for the photo, maybe ask a graphic artist. I know the 'font' is handwriting, so it isn't available.

It's pointless to make the same thread twice.

And it takes 2 seconds to notice that the 2 N aren't the same so it's probably not a font but handwritting.

My advice would be to use the freeform pen in photoshop and try to recreate it
