Those who vote for The Fame but Poker Face is still being played on the radio while not even PI is being played. The Fame has aged really well, it's just that y'all hate it cause you weren't here in 2008 bye. ARTPOP has aged really worse

To me, The Fame. That's probably because I listened to it so much when it came out. I was tired of Gaga by the time they announced The Fame Monster and was excited for new music. Other than the singles + Paper Gangsta and Again Again, I rarely listen to it. It's not that it has aged bad, it's just that a lot of artists got inspired by Gaga's sound back then that the trendy electro-pop sound got me tired of it.

Edit: Now that I think about it, every time I go back to the songs I already mentioned I get very excited. It sounds FRESH and maybe that's because it brings good memories or who knows, but The Fame is a great album, one of those classics that never feels dated. Except for Summerboy, Money Honey, I Like It Rough, Boys and The Fame, I've had enough of those songs since 2008.

I literally hear songs from the 90s being played on the radio so what is this  Coming from someone who *was* here in 2008 and jammed to TF for a good 4 to 5 years nonstop, here in 2017, the album has aged terribly. Only 4 songs still have that sparkle, the rest is mediocre and an embarrassment to her entire discography. ARTPOP has aged a tad, but to this day, The Fame is the only album of hers to have filler, and it's more apparent now than it was then.

There's so much aggressiveness in this thread against the fame that it makes me thing some of you are little Beethovens or some kind of musical geniuses.

The fame is cringy? That's a lot coming from people that spam uber cringy emoticons all over this forum when they can't even keep a literary conversation.

The fame has paparazzi. I wonder how many people appreciate the acoustic performances of paparazzi. It's an extremely hard song to belt, but very beautiful.

The fame is overall very nostalgic for me, but I suppose that's the point of aging well, right? Other than that, it's an extremely well constructed album from top to bottom. People say lyrics are cringy, but people also forget that that's how a young girl once felt about life. Such an unique window to Gaga's past.

Maybe you don't like the album, that's ok and and that's your opinion, but Joanne is not even 1 year old yet.
