Interscope isn't going to pay another label to delay releasing another artist's material. it makes all the sence in the world Gagas next single will be hyped because it will be her comeback. first new material in like a year. If Cher releases her duet, it will ruin everything, so of course Gagas label wouldnt want that Secondly, Cher sounded like her album was almost done. Then she said the vocals werent great and needed improvement, then she said the album sint finished and started to come up with 1 excuse after another. Of course Gagas label is paying Chers label to delay the release. Find me proof that such a thing has ever happened, and I will believe that little theory. It just doesn't work like that. Cher's label is only concerned about Cher's success. So to release a GaGa duet, while GaGa isn't doing anything else would bring Cher's new album a massive amount of attention which is what they need/want.
