chris777 112
What Now would be a perfect WW single... <3 If she films the damn video and promotes the song. Then yes. It would be a great single choice
000 0
It's honestly ridiculous on her label's part how messy this era became. It's like they just cranked album after album after album out in hopes of getting that number one album. The second they got that number one album, they"re all like "ALRIGHT FELLAS, WE FINALLY DID IT, THIS ERA IS OVER" and all went home. smh WELL not exactly. Theres this totally false idea that this album was just "cranked" out when in reality its as personal as Rated R just in a more jaded and hopeless sort of way. There was no silver lining with Unapologetic. They got their number one and released a hit that was just as big as Diamonds, and then months into Stay's slayage and Pour It Ups' urban slayage its like Rihanna just decided she was done and ran off to a yacht in St. Tropez and that was it. Right Now was somehow released as a single and quickly forgotten because obviously it sucks and should've never existed in the first place and thats how Unapologetic is ending. Idk why but it is lol I'm honestly confused. She releases this dope album thats underrated by her nay-sayers and she looked amazing and the era looked amazing and then all of a sudden she just checked out. Idk. You're very right about RN, like I don't think she even likes the song herself cause she doesn't play it on the tour...

Nastix 66
No She sings it without any emotion, and I just hate it when wants to prove she can hold out a note.

While I agree that her voice doesn't hold much emotion, thats coincidentally the point of the song. In fact the whole underlying theme of the album is that shes emotionally void. Its what ties all the tracks together (well excluding Right Now which kind of sticks out like a sore thumb).

I wouldn't have probelm with it if it compliment the song though, but I don't like the way it sounds.
