Stay is her official single. The music video perhaps would be released once they're ready to fully promote Stay. It'd be great if they do it before the GRAMMYs where she's expected to perform.

Watching Battleship for the first time rn

How was it for you? I actually enjoyed Rihanna's portrayal as Cora Raikes there. And speaking of films, I'm excited for Happy Smekday even if it's still for next year.

Island Def Jam has confirmed with Billboard that Rihanna's ballad "Stay" is the next single from the singer's album, "Unapologetic." It goes to pop, adult contemporary, adult pop and rhythmic radio on Jan. 28.

She debuted the emotional track on "SNL" on Nov. 10, after performing her first "Unapologetic" single, "Diamonds," which spent three weeks at No. 1 on the Hot 100. While on her seven-day, seven-city "777 Tour" that month, Rihanna's performances of "Stay" each night would leave crowds speechless.

The song, which features Mikky Ekko, pulls at the heart strings with Rihanna singing, "The reason I hold on, cause I need this hole gone/ Funny you're the broken one, but I'm the only one who needed saving/ Cause when you never see the light it's hard to see which one of us is caving."

Def Jam is also targeting Jan. 28 to start official promotion for "Pour It Up" at R&B/Hip-hop stations. The song is currently No. 27 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart and No. 17 on R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay.

So I guess she is performing Stay at the Grammy's...it's her shot at shutting everyone up.

If her performance of Stay is as flawless as it was on SNL than she certainly will.
