It came to my attention that Pour It Up just hit the top 40 of the HOT 100 as it vaults from #46 to #37 this week. It's her 35th single to do so. Congratulations to Rihanna!

Unapologetic is better than Loud. I can't even believe how incredibly overrated it is. Like the only reason people think Loud is good is because it had hit songs like Only Girl, S&M, and Whats My Name. The album isn't even her best honestly.

Unapologetic shows vulnerability, its more representative of her present state of mind than any of her previous albums (with the exception of Right Now which was obviously only included to be a generic single), And on top of being her most personal it STILL has good songs with relatively good lyrics for a Rihanna album.

Like to be honest I think a lot of people choose to dislike this album because they are stubborn in believing she releases them too quickly and shouldn't do so. It has nothing to do with the actual content of the album itself. I'm not trying to generalize and say everyone, but I personally believe a lot of people who say this album is "rushed" or that its bad have it totally twisted. They're just not paying enough attention or caring to I guess. There was more thought put into this album than Loud or Talk That Talk in my opinion.

Well, that's your opinion. People are still allowed to not like it. I understand where you're coming from, I think some people just don't want to believe it's a good album. However, I can only stand like 5 songs off of it. It's pretty basic to me, the mediocre score it earned on Metacritic is deserving. It's better than TTT, but NOT better than GGB or RR or L

Loud is a good album, but i can barely stand to listen to most of the songs because radio picked basically the whole album up and played it to death!

Really the only song i listen to on Loud is Skin.

Skin >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Her entire discography

Skin is the only song from Loud I like. Only Girl, Whats My Name, Love the Way You Lie Pt.1, and S&M were ruined. Radio DJs basically slammed those 2 songs onto asphalt from a 3 story building and then grinded their remains into the hot dirty road. I'm just done with them haha

Skin, Cheers and Complicated. :flutter: Those are the only songs I listen to now from Loud, because they just love playing the singles to death everywhere.

I love how people always respond to my **** by saying "well thats your opinion". Ummm yeah, obviously lol

I think its honesty and representation of her coming into her own as a pop star makes it better than Loud though. Loud was just, to quote Rivington Rebel, "an album the label put together thinking after Rated R she needs to be more radio friendly and have a fun era. Grabbed a load of radio friendly songs and got her to sing them". Theres nothing wrong with that considering this is Rihanna after all, but Unapologetic is more than that. And I don't see what makes Loud not basic when its sole purpose was to be basic.

I personally put it up there with Rated R. I even like Talk That Talk more than Loud tbh, despite its complete lack of cohesion. But like I said, a major factor into why i'm ho hum about Loud is that its singles are played out beyond recovery for me lol I liked the singles and I liked her general look that era. I don't hate it or anything. I just don't think its like....better than the rest of her discography lol

For me its as follows (and I say for me because its just my personal opinion as you know):

RR=Unapologetic > TTT > GGGB = Loud > AGLM

I mean I guess it sounds like im attacking but im not. I just like talking and debating about pop music lol

I would say Unapologetic is her most honest album to date. Loud just seems like an album the label put together thinking after Rated R she needs to be more radio friendly and have a fun era. Grabbed a load of radio friendly songs and got her to sing them.

TTT seems as if she found a load of songs she wanted to do, did them and told the label that was the album, whereas Unapologetic, every song seems to fit part of her life, and she doesn't care anymore.

Skin is my favourite non-single track from Loud. Even up to this day, I still cannot get tired of listening to that song. From start to finish, it's one epic song.

In its 11th week, Unapologetic re-entered the top 20 of the Billboard 200 chart, vaulting from #23 to #19, with sales now almost 640K in the US alone. Here for the GRAMMY performance to boost that sales further.

Rihanna will perform two times at the Grammys this year.

One performance is the one with Bruno Mars and Sting , I heard that they want to make a Bob Marley cover.

Sorry but English is not my first language but what does Talk That Talk exactly mean ?

I just know the phrase Talk THE Talk and Walk The Walk . Do not only talk , you should also act !

Hi I love you. These are the only songs I care for really from Loud. I think it is due to my natural ability to hate all over=played singles and to love all non-single songs. I like Fading too. And Man Down. So basically half the album.

I always skip S&M (although it is catchy) and What's My Name, Only girl, California King Bed, Raining Men + LTWYL (II).

I love the powerful/strong vocals on Complicated. And I like to be naughty to Skin haha. ;)
