Dirtyicecreamz 1,716
They're cute & talented but waaay too childish for me, their songs are very Disney. Whatever happened to girl groups like Danity Kane, 3LW, Destiny's Child, Pussycat Dolls,....?? Stop the music, Start the drama.

Luke78619 23,329
Wth I can't go out in the car without hearing a little mix song and you're telling me that one of their most successful songs peaked at 67 in the US?! insta: good_lukeing | I have nothing else to promote
Addison Rae 16,716
Personally I don't really like Little Mix's music but I like how the girls seem close and have a good stage presence but I like Fifth Harmony's music but (until Canola Cabbana left) their group dynamic wasn't great. If they come out with less girly sounding pop songs I think they could have a decent shot. It's just the music that's holding them back really, you can tell that they are trying to crack the American market. sitting on his lap sipping diet pepsi
Blake 7,385
Some of y'all need to listen to their latest album, Glory Days, in full. Definitely not all typical girl pop groups songs on there.
StrawberryBlond 14,862
Agreed, they deserve so much more. Simon Cowell just won't get his arse into gear with promoting them, though. They need to be on a label that actually care about them being a worldwide act if they want to stand a chance at making it bigger. I don't get it, they were here first and yet, it was the second girl group Simon created, 5H, that he focused on promoting and making big. Was it because they're American and therefore, going to sell more because they're launched from the beginning in a much more populated country? Because that's the only reason I can think of. He had a good girl group up and running and yet, he put them on the backburner to create a second one in America and make them his number one priority? Some businessman. I have the feeling that after their success dipped with their second album that he made 5H to make up for it because he feared they were about to flop into oblivion. But then Get Weird was released and they made a hell of a comeback and are now re-peaking. He didn't forsee it happening, so he called in reinforcements early, basically. Turns out he counted his chickens before they hatched. LM are superior to 5H in every way. Better voices, better songs, better friendship. They've been together for over 5 years now and are on their fourth album, a rare feat for a girl group from anywhere in the world. Even big names like Spice Girls, Destiny's Child and Pussycat Dolls called it a day after a few albums and not all of them were even manufactured! A manufactured group like LM had "burnout" written all over them, but they made everyone eat their words. The only thing is, because they are older, I doubt they'd have much success even if they did make it big. Most pop groups have to start out in their late teens and LM are all in their mid-20's near enough. Ageism is alive and well when it comes to pop groups. 3 hours ago, RAMROD said: Their music don't appeal to U.S listeners tbh, add urban feels to it like Spice Girls does if they want to be relevant here. They've always been urban tinged, that's how they were launched. Glory Days is probably their poppiest album to date but they've made plenty of urban songs before then. They did How Ya Doin' with Missy Elliott, then there's Move and Salute, and they covered Word Up! for charity and did another urban duet with Jason Derulo for Secret Love Song and this is just singles. There's many more urban songs as album tracks. They also do a lot of vocal harmonising.

"Black Magic" is one of my favorite songs of 2015. Peaked only at #67 in the US but went #1 in the UK. Never heard it on the radio even once, but I did hear it in an arts and crafts store once. Maybe because it was a retail store bop. I would hear it all the time at JCPenney

They didn't seem focusing on NA though they won KCA award here recently. (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ✧*:・゚ dancin' until i'm dead (*´艸`*) ♡♡♡
