I know what arthritis is for your information, my post was talking about who would choose such a name for a magazine, thanks.

Well, the magazine exclusively covers topics relating to Arthritis...

People who are dealing with Arthritis in some form.

Everything isn't a pop song.

No way? Didn't know till I read your post.

Anyway, to simplify it for you, in my opinion Arthritis is not a great name for a magazine.
There are plenty of other magazines which are about a certain disease, yet they aren't named "hemorrhoids" or similar.

Obviously. I guess by that logic all magazines about fashion should be named "Fashion"

Hip pain can't stop her as headlined in this magazine... but it is sad to think that she still deals with arthritis pain.

Exactly. I wonder if that why she can't do the extreme heels as much as she used to.

I love you monsters. I'd be unfixably broken without you

There is more of a market for fashion magazines, so of course there will a variety of different names. I don't really think there are many magazines exclusively dealing with Arthritis. There is a gossip magazine called People that is quite successful, so sometimes generic names work. No need to be so rude in your response.

If what I said is considered "so rude", I am afraid you are too sensitive. Have a nice day.

Again, it's a health magazine about a specific health concern. It was made for people who are looking for information on a painful condition. The title attracts the people who are interested in this condition, either because it affects them or someone close to them. They aren't looking for a trendy title!

Being a smart ass when someone is engaging in general discussion with you is rude, that isn't sensitivity speaking just understanding of the word. Anyways, being a smart ass in response to someone's point is not only rude, but immature. After your latest response, I prefer the latter to describe your behavior.

Maybe we should go back to the first post which you quoted me with if we are gonna go into details. "Playing the smart ass", telling me that a magazine tittled Arthritis is about Arthritis.

I don't think she was being a smart ass, I think she was explaining why it's called Arthritis Magazine...

But yeah, including that post that you are talking about too.

To assume that one wouldn't get that a magazine named Arthritis is about Arthritis is more offensive than what I previously quoted you with.

But I wasn't offended by it, cause I am used to a (pointless) hostile attitude from members here.

Anyways a magazine tittle is such an unimportant topic and is not worth all of the pointless discussion.

We were just responding to your point. Whisper was stating how many people have arthritis and, therefore, may be interested in a magazine solely dedicated to living and coping with it, which was also my point in stating that the magazine is solely dedicated to arthritis.

Perhaps you being used to a hostile attitude is why you read our comments as such, but I don't believe her comments were hostile and I can assure you mine certainly weren't intended that way.
