If he seriously insists that we build the wall to stop about 10%-15% of illegal immigration (until they figure out how ladders work) then I know exactly where he can get the money from. We spend, what? $700 billion on our military annually? That's more than three times the next big military spender (China). We can stand to downsize dramatically there. Hell, cut the budget in half and put the money towards something useful like a single payer healthcare system, education, sciences, etc instead of the continued terror and criminal acts masquerading as "defense".

If he did that, I wouldn't even mind him taking about $50 billion out to build the wall. It's not like it'd stand for very long anyway. Not after the taxpayers catch on that maintenance costs will continually grow every 4-5 years by more than the initial construction cost and that the results (or lack there of) aren't worth it at all.

Ugh...I'm heated...he's just so vile and useless.

Also, (correct me if I'm wrong) aren't most of the illegal immigrants those whose visa/ residence permit/work permit etc. have expired but they have not left the country yet? i.e. they arrived legally but are staying on illegally. A wall is certainly not going to stop them.
