Everything about this track just clicks. [Commentary]@IndieKylie (11) The best song on the album and an incredibly underrated track in regard to her career (it easily makes the Top 10). The production is perfection, her vocals are perfection, and the lyricism is some of the strongest found on the album. A darker tone the album needed, and Illusion is a perfect representation of it. The one track I find myself constantly returning to on Aphrodite when I listen to Kylie. @Dr Evil (10) I live for those notes underneath Kylie's trademark breathy whispers. @VOLANTIS (10) The background vocals > Life. Kylie literally takes all our lives and flies into the sky during the bridge of the song with the melodious chorus. @petedagrk (10) Ooooh like that uhm beat (ta ta tan tan ta, what's it called?) through out the song. I'm surrounded by confusion, I'm so lost in this Illusion @Antonio (8) I really like the instrumental. @ReidOne (7) Great song, not my fave. I often skip. @CowSiss (3) This song is definitely a song of its time and while its production manages to hold up in the modern day, like most songs on this album, its structure is very dated.
