It's not a blockbuster album but it's doing very good in USA! In the end this era will have a top 5 hit with very big sales in the today's climate and a cute radio peak! If it was 2010-2014 MR would have become a 3m seller in USA! The album I'm sure that it will be Platinum with SPS and the tour is gonna be huge! Overall a decent album cycle! It will not be remembered as a flop as ARTPOP etc. And she is in a good position in the industry! She is respected as an artist! As for streaming MR did quite good without big playlists support and a meh video! Did A-Yo got support from Spotify when it was released as a promo single? Because it is on the way to 30m streams which a very good number! With a Spotify support and a good song, a future single could be a big streaming hit too! She needs support from the major playlists! As far as i know A-YO wasn't featured on any big Spotify playlists, but yeah the numbers are great for a promo single. And i agree with almost everything that you said. Joanne is a really big seller pure sales wise. Not Adele status, but not far from Weeknd or Bruno status. I'd consider it a blockbuster even if not #1 in the industry level blockbuster. People shouldn't forget either that no woman has outdone Gagas first week still and it's been 6 months, and no woman has been able to outsell Gaga's single since the album dropped.
