Latin America, the Middle East, parts of Asia, South America, etc. are the places Gaga should work on (granted Brazil doesn't count, they love ha ) I don't know if A-YO would do well at all in those countries. That's kind of exclusively a western/American sound.

I mean those are all valid countries, but Germany is the third biggest music market in the world (after the USA and Japan) and people are snatching Diamond awards left and right with bad songs that just have promo as if it was nothing.  Not to mention that Germany actually likes country, we sent a country band to Eurovision some years ago and there's a really popular native country duo as well. The sound is not the problem, it's the lack of attention from Gaga's managment.

These are all valid points so that's true. Regardless of the single, if there is one, it's success depends on how Gaga's team manages the whole promotion radio situation. I guess we shall see

I showed to my mom both music (a-yo and DIC) she liked both, but she loved DIC ( She's very religious so she don't listen to that kind of music often) told her  that it was about masturbation and she laughed a lot calling gaga crazy but that was a nice song to dance. ( we're brazilians)

I mean, I know Gaga can't be everywhere. It's not good for her mental health, she has to pick her battles. But I'd appreciate it if they saw the potential Joanne might have had here. It's too late now anyway.

I looked at Rihanna's biggest hits and I see that her hit songs are more diverse in terms of sound than the ones from Gaga. Rihanna tried out songs in  different genres and mostly it worked out well so for her it was not that risky to change the sound. When Gaga tried to change her sound it didn't work that well compared to Riri.

It seems like the GP always expects Dance-Pop from Gaga and nails her down on this sound. I bet there are so many people who just expect the RedOne sound and wouldn't giver her other stuff a chance which is pretty sad.

I didn't expect a dark red already for Harry. I'm sure it's gonna take a few days to be overtaken but thought teens are still maybe waking up or maybe at school and are waiting for the afternoon to buy it. AND of course the general public.

His lead so strong. Its normal. I mean if you are selling so strong at this point you cant sell more. He'll stay @ #1 whole week thats for sure. Coming for at least 250k. He is sold 120k+ in the first 6 hours.

It's common sense and you know it. I love DIC, I think it's the most Gaga song on Joanne, I think it would do well in 2009-2011. Not now. Sorry. It has a fresh sound, it is sexual and very out there, and bc of that I think it won't crack Top 40.
