I was walking down the street with my gf and daughter last week and this guy was eating lunch with what I'm assuming was his gf and he was just going on and on about how wrong it was that a local resturant has "drag queen bingo" once a week. I couldn't stand it anymore and my inner New Yorker came flying out and I told him " now I remember career day in highschool and I don't remember a booth where you could be a ****ing asshole. Tell me does being a ****ing asshole pay well? From the look of it at least one of the qualifications must be the inability to get your head out of your ass." We're not rude we just have an extremely low tolerance for idiots lol. Tourist season is the worst in NYC. I'm not saying I don't want tourists to come visit the city I was born and raised in. But Jesus at least do some basic research before you come!!!! My absolute faveorite are the tourists who see a gay couple walking down the street and then poke their friend and loudly whisper "oh my god he's gay!!!".
