Paul Ryan legit scares me. I look him and feel anxious. I remember watching a Trump's address to congress and was I was more creeped out by Paul Ryan and Mike Pence then Trump himself.

A bulk of his support base either hasn't achieved a college education or can afford the full price of tuition. They ultimately don't care because this budget cut won't affect them. 

Just wait until policies pass that affect them directly, like affordable healthcare removal or flammable water. Only then will people will form a bipartisan force to take Trump and his cronies out of office

Also, don't forget that many conservatives think that college is a waste of time and that universities are just "liberal indoctrination centers" and would wholeheartedly support these cuts.
