the implication when someone says "i cant believe so and so is this age" is that there's a sense of surprise at them looking a certain way compared to how old they are.

Also, she doesn't look 6? She looks like an average 20 something.

Well, yes, I was surprised because in the picture in the OP, she looked, to me, like a preadolescent girl. So I made a joke. I never implied a 29 year old would and should look old. Just like a 6 year old looks different from a 12 year old, or a 16 year old, or a 19 year old.  Besides, it was a joke, no need for you to come here "gaaahing", thinking I was trying to be offensive, when I was just making a joke.
