The good thing is that we're pretty dry, unlike states like Louisiana where the temperatures during the summer are not only pretty high, but it's also really humid. I actually hate layers. I wear just a t-shirt, shorts and flip flops all year round. When I was in Vegas last year it was in the high 90s the whole time and I liked it but thought I would get tired of it after I've been there but from what you're saying, it sounds like it wouldn't become a problem. Yeah it's not that bad. If you don't wear many layers and do most of your activities earlier or later in the day then you won't encounter many issues. Have you been to any of the museums? A few weeks ago when I saw Ariana Grande in Manhattan, i went to the intrepid museum earlier in the day and it was really cool.
