I sense payola and concert tickets promotion. BTW went up and fell fast on the radio but radio's didn't give it a second go. Unfair if you ask me. (considering BB's most recent rules) Hmm... hard to say, but if it debuts on a Friday again then I don't think it will hit #1. It really depends on how dominant the #1 song is currently at the time the song is released. Considering Bieber sold 500K+ in a week and only managed #2, it's safe to say she will need to either sell more than that or also have some decent spins in its first week.
