They're picking up MR because it's a cute song, unexpected for them, and because it's radio-friendly. It would have caught on right away had she been in the front lines of the media at the time of the album release. If she uses Coachella or another big performance to kick off a new single, with an excellent video, she could get that Top 10/5 momentum. I can't say with good faith what song it could be, but there's a few with potential, it's all about how she sets herself up in terms of promotion.
