She promoted it back in November in America with several performances and it already peaked at like #66 on Billboard. Making it an official single would be awful because people have already heard it and it would do no impact. It would get to top 40 max. No one has heard Dancin' In Circles so it would be amazing. It could have peaked higher n it's a cool GP friendly song.
