I don't get bothered by other people's opinions. People are entitled to have opinions about everything, and I certainly can't blame someone if Lady Gaga is not their cup of tea. 

I do hate when people try to pass off their opinion as fact, and this doesn't just pertain to haters of Gaga. Monsters do it all the time (look how many monsters seem to have a crystal ball when it comes to what the next single will be and how it will perform..it's ridiculous).

There was a time when I would ruthlessly defend her, regardless of the situation. This was during the end of the BTW era when she started to get over-exposed and people were sick of her. I must have been so annoying for my friends to be around lol. 

Now the only time I defend her is when someone is actually incorrect about something. I don't argue with people's opinions, because that's a pointless thing to do.

Tbh, it still bothers me a bit, so i just don't read it. It used to drive me crazy. CAuse it usually felt unfair and misplaced.

Anyways, i'm like some here, i've had my dose of it, i'm so over it. And Gaga is probably just in that phase as well. In the end she's gonna snatch them weaves, and who matters are the people on the audience being perplaxed.

Another point taken is, don't get too hung up on the "i'm gonna prove them wrong", "they'll know, and i'll have prove to shove it in their faces". Just relax and let it go. Little monsters need to calm down, i think we've been bullied to an extent that really took a tool

Only when people make up things about Gaga, and try to take her down, damage her career, and make others dislike her. 

I used to vigorously attack her detractors.  But that is the opposite of what Gaga wants.  She wants meanness to be responded to with kindness, and hate to be responded to with love.  That works, it changes the equation, it changes peoples perceptions and their minds.  Actually putting that into practice is difficult but worth it, and is how we can help Gaga change the world.

the one criticism i really hate is that she can't sing or whenever someone sees her do an American standard and they're like "WOW OH GOD I DIDN KNO MISS GAHGAH CULD ZING!" and i stand there like

I am more defensive when fellow fans trying to rip Gaga apart cos she is not this persona they used to know and try to stick her in a box, rather than outsiders that don't have much clue of what Gaga is about, cos that will only means it will be easier for her to impress and caught them off guard.

I mean it used to bother me, but now I just feel sorry for the person who's hating on Gaga because either:

a) they've never given her a chance and put her in the same box as all the basic pop stars of the world. 

b) they have little to no understanding of music and think that her music's "too weird" when we all know that's not the case. 

I mean if they have a valid reason why they dont like her music, then I just let them be (but normally even the haters like at least one Gaga song). I used to know this girl who used to be a avid Gaga hater, who also bopped to "Judas" and another Gaga song. I forgot which one, it was totally a single though.

Im generally not bothered by people's opinions, like if they dont like her but... it does bother me if they make their opinion by being uninformed.

 

for example : Gaga is untalented... Sound of music? national anthem? 

Gaga is over, irrelevant... She could TRY and be relevant but the point of Joanne isn't commercial success.
