Humans were supposed to be the ultimate species because we have the ability to use logic but something went horribly wrong and instead humans became the most sadistic species. There's a scene from AHS: Coven where Kathy Bates character is asked by one of her tortured slaves "why are you doing this to us?" to which she replies "because I can". That scene has always stuck with me because it's so freakin true. This young man had no reason to do that to his poor teammate other than the simple fact because he could I love you monsters. The United States of America is exactly as its name implies, a constitutional federal republic of 50 states, each state has their own laws and courts under an umbrella of federal laws and constitutional rights. The assaulted has also lied repeatedly because he was forced to by greed and money driven parents who were trying to take advantage of their disabled son. Since the case has been full of deception and since it isn't clear who assaulted him, I think the sentence is suitable. However, I'm dumbfounded at how the paper has written this article that constantly refers to race when the assaulted has admitted that he lied. Not the biggest fun of America in recent years, and I feel like it's a big mistake coming here for college, but this is all unnecessary.
