Bernie refuses to give democrats his email list

This is why Democrats are moving towards getting back the moderate blue collar workers and the rust belt. Moderates will shoe up to vote and pulling to the center wins elections.

If Bernie isn't going to try and pull his people into the party, the party will go elsewhere to get voters.

Bernie wants to primary the conservative democrats, why would he help them when he plans to primary them? They don't have to agree with him, but, he can choose to help another canditate.

Yeah...great idea. :smh: He wanted to primary Obama too. :smh:

He will just pull votes from the Democrat and then we will have even more Republicans...and you see how well that's working out! Maybe, if you are lucky, by the time you hit voting age...we will be in a full out war and you will get to sign up for the draft! Think about how much fun it will be to go to war!

I disagree, Bernie's platform as it is is great for low income Americans. What would he need to change to appeal to them?

Culture. Americans have been brainswashed to vote against their own interests.

Just look at who's president.

Laughing, cause this thread represents the divide in the Democratic base that led us to Trump becoming our president. And, well, look at how that well that is going for us. :madge:

He's not gonna pull votes from democrats. He's primarying them. That won't pull votes from them because I'm sure he will back them in the general if they win the primary.

The divide did not give us Trump. Clinton got about as many votes as Obama in his 2012 election. Trump ran the better campaign.

If that was true Hillary wouldn't have gotten millions of more votes than him.

Bernie Bros are are idealistic that they can't even see the value in putting party before socialist ideology to defeat Donald F*cking Trump.

Although I support his sentiment I don't think this is the best thing to do.

A more conservative Democrat will have to go against Trump to win back the low income, less educated folks in the desperate areas where jobs are needed.

This is not going to happen with a more liberal Democrat.

If you would have asked me this before November 8 I would have told you something different. But this is the reality.

Bernie should give them the email list. We need all the help we can get to win against Trump in 2020.

Thank god im not the only sane person in this thread.

Wait and see...he will do damage to the Democrats in office. It will take a decade at least to recovery from this mess, but hey, it's just your young adult years that will go to hell.

Right. The LAST thing we need is to make a Tea Party of the left.

I really hope someone challenges Bernie and takes him down. This is not how you push for "progress". Cannot stand this anymore.

The number of votes matter much less than where and by whom those votes are cast. The white working class, Bernie's democratic base, did not vote as strongly for Clinton in crucial states. Not denying that Clinton not campaigning in WI and MI was beyond stupid of her campaign, considering Trump's outright stated they were focusing there...

But let's not act like there weren't factors beyond voting and campaign speeches at play.

Угадай!

I find it so weird that liberal ideals are on the rise, even in the U.S., but the traditionally liberal party has to move more towards the center to actually win. Though, Trump and his cult-like backing aren't like anything we've seen before so I'm not surprised. How a man can con his way to the top just...:smh:

Anyway, yeah, Bernie should realize that what we need to do now is put the idealism on the back burner for a bit and take down every GOP majority and Trump. That requires unity and organization on the left. I'm not sure that it's his intention to split us, more so that he wants to make the Dems. go further left, but he's certainly not achieving that goal. He's a smart guy though. Just like he realized that backing Hillary was the right choice after he lost the primaries, he'll realize soon enough that we need a strong and organized opposition to the wannabe dictator and his circus car of thieves.

Whimsical bitch
