Marijuana is classified as a Schedule I drug. That's the most serious class of drugs, it's a higher class than meth or cocaine (both Schedule II). "Schedule I drugs, substances, or chemicals are defined as drugs with no currently accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse." Not surprising a Republican administration is cracking down on the lax atmosphere. Disagree? If the law isn't needed the law should be repealed and the drug should be rescheduled. You don't need to be a 'trail lawyer' in order to advise clients. What are your career goals if you don't mind me asking? As I've just said most of the drug dealers in my country are white so I can't relate to thee feelings you have about your inherently racist nation.
