I NEED ACT 2. I have like a monthly breakdown of just thinking about how iconic a second volume of that genius album could be. I wanted ACT 2 more than Joanne before we knew it was Joanne haha. I want it more than her next 3 albums.  ARTPOP gave me life and it would be the best gift ever to have a second act of it
