It's a catchy dance song but what it's about is just kind of blah. The "I can't wait to smoke them all, whole pack like Marlboro" sounds like smoking was the inspiration for the song. It just seems dull but I guess that's just because it's a dance song? And it's not really intended to be meaningful but intended to be danced to at a club.

I don't think she was uninspired though, from the Making Joanne episode, she seemed to work really hard on trying to come with very tongue-in-cheek lyrics, which is one of the reasons why I like the song so much.

It's just a fun track to lift your spirits and give your self esteem a boost. It doesn't require much "inspiration" to write a track like A-Yo  Joanne's inspir(ing)(ed) gems take other forms

I like A-Yo a lot, but the lyrics (with a few exceptions) do nothing for me.

The sexy descriptions combined with trying to send up the haters doesn't match or mesh well at all.  I like the instrumental though because it's fun.
