The simplistic ballad production really suits the song and highlights their voices. Effective lyrics? Check. The lyrics are insightful and emotional and establish an interesting emotional story.  WHAT???? THIS IS BETTER THAN ANY BALLAD ARIANA AND EVEN MARIAH HAS EVER MADE!!!!!!!! THIS IS GROSSLY WRONG! I love it. Single worthy. @BuzzcutSeason - Lyrically one of the best on the album. @SychosSoChic - The song that got me into Ariana @cav07 - Cute song. @lilmonster93 - Go ahead Ariana Slayde. This bop is impossible not to sing along and dance to. The funky retro electro sounds and synths mixed with the thumping drum pattern and consistent kick drummer are very entrancing. The lyrics are wonderfully catchy and cleverly paint the image of a ex expressing his feelings too late. Gurl Bye.
