Time for gaga to Support Katy Back

Well, i think she still stands for those ideas, that's why she freed herself from the pop star rules and she started making what she really wanted to do, no what the industry or her manager said.

I want to see the receipts for that 'strong friendship' thing, when Gaga clearly said in 2014 "i don't know what the **** i have to do with katy perry". Please don't post an instagram pic, because if that's what 'strong friendship' means, we're doomed.

 

Gaga was talking about music styles - which she is correct. She is very different to Katy Perry.

Gaga doesnt post their frienship/support on social media. Its the fans that created the feud in the first place.

Ever since Roar outperformed Applause, something went to her head (it sounds awful, but whatever: in 2013 she 'won' the battle/feud against the biggest and most talented pop star, if not musician, of the last years; just by releasing a catchy song. Gaga never understood the whole feud thing until March 2014, that's why she really meant it when she said 'stop the drama, start the music'. Katy has been acting like if she was a step up from gaga, she still can't believe she 'won' in 2013. I don't think it's time for Gaga to support her back, just by the sake of supporting her. If she feels the need to support her, great, but not speak nicely, just because katy did it first.

That third one was a joke because that person was a Gaga fan. She never actually complimented PI when it came out. 

Katy has not always been sunshine and roses when it comes to Gaga. Katy has been shady about her, but it's usually done in an under handed way. I feel like she probably wanted to clear up any potential annoying stan war bs because she had a single announcement coming a day or two after the Gaga's Superbowl show (the timing was necessary since her single rollout coincided with the Grammys). 

I also don't think Gaga was being some kind of way with that comment at SXSW - it was more blunt than shady. They're both are in the same genre, but make very different music. 

In any case, they're cool with each other now, so it's whatever. I think Gaga's been friendly IRL to her at various events lately, so I don't think Gaga has been deliberately snubbing Katy or anything. I don't think even Rihanna's tweeted Katy about CTTR yet and they're good friends.

She does, actually, but i've never seen a post about katy. I saw photos and posts about Sonja, Ashley, Brandon, her dancers, her family, her team and collaborators, but never, NEVER, about katy perry.

Of course that fans created the feud, but katy took benefit from it, and if she adored gaga, if she was, as you said, a fan of hers since day 1, she should have supported her.

No, i don't, i'm sorry sis, but i don't have any proof of that, and you neither. You want to believe they're friends and they talk about daily lives and pop star issues, but they don't.

I don't have proof about Gaga's 'friendship' with Katy and Beyonce (i could bet my SOUL that they only talk on award shows, and it's just a 'Hello, how are you?'); but i do have proof about gaga's real friends, as i said (Sonja, Ashley, etc).  Katy, Beyonce, Gaga, Britney...they're just colleagues.

Okay for the sake of this argument, they are collegues. But she still supports Beyonce and Katy. She sent Beyonce flowers just after she announced her pregnancy, before the grammys.  And theres plenty of photos of Gaga with Katy on the interwebs.

She has never really posted about any relationships on social media, only about the one she cares about the most.
