She dressed "crazy" more to promote ARTPOP but that's it. Even her 2013 VMA dress was "normal". If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating. But that was more Gaga following the trend than anything else. I think i was somehow real what he was saying but on red carpet and big plataform programs like VMA's and general promo, that this toning down has happened.
