Does anyone know how or what happened back then? It all became a blur to me when the slayage of the Bad Romance music video (and the album commercial) happened. The change was quite subtle between the fame and the fame monster. When born this way came along that was when everyone was like wow she looks completely different. Not really. I mean from TFM to BTW her aesthetic was still dark and her outfits were more costumy. The Fame she was sunkissed tan and her outfits were more "edgy" than outrageous I mean she went from this to this in a whole year It's like two different people. During the ending of the fame era (summer 2009) she already started her transition and then the VMAs happened I remember watching the red carpet live and she showed up like this I was blown away. I thought she looked so bizarre and creepy. I was like wtf is wrong with her? lol I knew she was wacky (being a fan since 2008) but she just looked so different and then this happened and I was slayed Everyone talked about it the next day After that performance her look changed drastically starting with SNL 2009 and then Gossip Girl thats what I enjoy the most about Gaga though.
