Josip 3,971
Media and Bey's team are constantly trying to depict her as a goddess of practically everything, and some of you twig bitc*es are actually buying it. Long live the real queen

She's not just a pop star, she's above them all. Tho my fav is Gaga, I can't deny in the past few years Beyoncé became such an icon and a musical legend, she can do everything just like Gaga (yes, at least Bey plays the piano too) She's behind EVERYTHING she does, from writing to videos production, she sings flawlessly, her dance moves are flawless to, and her concepts are just above everyone in the industry, even Gaga. But most of Lemonade wasn't written by her and are we sure she's the one creating her concepts? ‘If religion be the cause of disunity, then irreligion is surely to be preferred.’ ‘Abdu’l-Bahá

PunkTheFunk 124,485
Beyonce is a living icon and arguably one of the greatest musical performers ever, but I would like to take away her army of 68 writers, her stylists, her costumes, her choreographers, etc. and ask her to use her so called 'artistry' to put together something even half as good as Lemonade Meanwhile you can give Gaga a stool and a piano and she can blow you away

SarahYuko 1,002
Debatable considering older legends still alive today. But ofc I love Bey and she's definitely one of the greatest. Can we just also appreciate the tech team behind the holographs? It's so wonderful to see how far our technology has come and not enough mainstream artists use it in their art. If legends of previous eras had access at the prime of their careers, I am sure they would have made equally groundbreaking visuals too. Bey is amazing, performance wise and in visuals. But let's not act like that one performance permanently places her above anyone and everyone else. And anyway, why must everything be such competition? Can't we just love Gaga for Gaga, Bey for Bey, and likewise for other stars?

Björk is a perfect definiton of what a real artist is suppoused to be Right? it's not that easy. they must be looking through a tube or something. No offense to B (i love her) but I wouldn't call anyone the greatest after just one critically-acclaimed album and a string of conceptual performances. Björk has been (and still) constantly releasing out-of-this-world albums and performances since the 90s. We're just gonna forget that ever happened? Swan Heart 7,382
She's a fantastic performer but "the greatest living artist" is such a reach. Experts? Please. They say it's the last song. They don't know us, you see. It's only the last song if we let it be.
