I've never really listened to his songs except for covers, but I do like his sound. What albums would you recommend I listen to?

My favorite albums by him are

Mechanical Animals (you should start with this one)

Holy Wood

Antichirst Superstar

Portrait Of An American Family

The Pale Emperor

I think those could give you a good idea about his music

WARSHIP MY WRECK is one of my faves from Pale Emperor but Deep Six tho...🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

Dead The World was a hell of an experience.  He was feared, he just shocked the world with one of the best rock albums ever made, news media was all over the place outside the arena. That show is still legendary and it was as hardcore as that era was!

Rock Is Dead did nothing but show the world he was here to stay. More theater rock, actual costumes, the band was shoving it all back into the face of the world and it was totally epic.

I still die everytime I think of missing the tour for Golden Age Of Grotesque tho.  The title track of that album gets regular play from me to this day.

I saw him last on the tour for Born Villain (sue me but I didn't really care for Eat Me Drink Me or High End Of Low).  This was more of a gritty up close and personal club/theater show which made it insanely awesome for the hardcore day one fans like myself. He rocked it out as usual and ended with a louder than ever one two three knockout of Reflecting God Antichrist Superstar and Beautiful People.

I'm set and ready to SAY10 live asap!!   Can't wait for the new album.  Oh and for those that don't instantly get it....say SAY10 five times fast and welcome to Mansons world.  🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🙌🙌🙌😎😎😎

Thanks.  I was 17 at Dead To The World so it was just barely good timing. Haha. My brother was interviewed by one of the tv reporters.  It was a scene!!!!   He introduced me to Portrait and a few bootlings he had back when you guys shared the name Spooky Kids 😉     I'm eternally thankful to my bro for teaching me how to hit and catch a ball, stay up late shooting pool with me and that's where he pulled out a cd of a band that I'd follow the rest of my life!   Good times.

Yes, of course. I've been into his music since I was 10, more when I was around 13 I think, I really started listening to his GOOD albums at that time and watched interviews, paid attention to his art, his visuals, just the things he said, read his book. He's a really interesting person and his music feels close to me at this time. I'm also disappointed that he didn't release Say10 on Valentine's Day but I kind of had it coming, he usually says something and changes her mind later.

I gotta be honest, I got interested in Gaga because she kind of reminded me of Manson in some way, obviously a more pop version and not as deep as Manson but still.

why is that?

because of his beliefs

From Wikipedia :

Religious beliefs[edit]

Manson is a self-identified fan of Anton LaVey,[54][55] an honorary priest in the Church of Satan and also an advocate of the writings of Aleister Crowley and Friedrich Nietzsche saying "I also like Nietzsche and Crowley," and quoting Crowley throughout his autobiography including the Thelemic anthem, "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law."[56] Crowley's esoteric subject matter forms an important leitmotif in much of Manson's early work.[57] He has been described as "the highest profile Satanist ever" with strong anti-Christian views and social Darwinist leanings

I sugest you search up what LaVey's church believed in, and not go blindly

And also, he wasn't part, he was just friends with LaVey, who was a philosopher

While I don't agree with all of his "rules", why is believing in yourself and not a god an abomination? :oprah:

I like people who believe in ours not in me. And LaVey is also an admirar of Ayn Rand, which I also hate with all my heart

Besides you hating LaVey, I still don't know what is wrong with believing in yourself instead of a god :oprah:

And Manson is not a part of this church, so I don't see why hate him :oprah:
